Body, Soul and Spirit

When you look in the mirror, you see your physical image, your body. The soul is the pouring of God’s energy into every one of us and the spirit is our omnipotence to create harmony between our inner image and love, it serves as inner peace and balance in our everyday life.

When you look within and try to find solutions to your problems there, is when your spirit can harmonize the spiritual with yourself and join with your consciousness to produce the best solutions to your problems. The spiritual draws on the power of the soul activating your inner-consciousness and giving you the ability and the strength to solve any issues occurring in your life. It also brings you inner peace. You can’t be at peace if you sabotage yourself by distancing yourself from “you” and continuously creating situations that make it hard for you to accept yourself.

Inner peace stipulates inner strength, but only if you believe in yourself and in the power of your soul that connects you with the spiritual world on all levels. The spiritual world is there to help when you’ve earned it. You can earn it by reconnecting with yourself.

You are not merely body and spirit; you are so much more as soon as you start to appreciate that you are one with yourself and one with the universe. When you start to open up to the truths of the universe is when your spirit – the representation of the harmony between your body and soul – can take the lead on the path of courage, showing you how to uncover the highest truths of the universe that hide within you. Those inner core scriptures connecting you to everything there is can be found when you are mature enough to start the journey within, to the depths of yourself, embracing the path of being one with yourself and everything there is.

This is the path of inner transformation, accepting both your inner and outer image that are the links between you and the entire universe. Thoughts and feelings connect us all when we start to appreciate that we are all one and when we recognize this same one within us.
