Self- satisfaction is the foundation and the key to success and healthy relationships. It is achieved through healthy thinking, letting go in unimportant situations and finding symbiosis whenever necessary. It gives you the strength and courage to work on yourself, self-acceptance and forgiveness.
The absence of self-satisfaction indicates the need for urgent changes in our inner core, meaning changes in certain habits, vices, as well as perspectives on life and expectations for the future.
Strength is needed whenever we want to put anything in our lives in order. It is necessary for all the changes, which are the only constant in our lives. Do not waste it unnecessarily, because the absence of strength puts you last in the queue when it comes to helping, both yourself and others.
It renews itself when we use it properly, for our own self-development and the development of humanity. When we are preoccupied with trivial things, it goes where it is not needed. The concentration of power is in our inner core. When we are in touch with ourselves, able to set boundaries both to ourselves and to others, we are more likely to use it properly. When we yield to the temptations and interests of others, we tend to scatter it into many smaller pieces and it quickly vanishes.
Power is also a temptation when used improperly, primarily to stand out in the wrong way, to prove ourselves to others, and to follow a path that is not meant for us.
Make an effort and find strength in working on yourself, self-acceptance, and in forgiveness. Put yourself first.
