The truth about life

We often try hard to change people around us, but we forget that we can only change ourselves and that other people will change after we’ve changed. The same pattern applies to partnerships. If we are dissatisfied with our partner’s attitude, we should be the ones to take the first step and change. That’s the only way the relationship will change. It’s also important that we allow our partner to be the way he/she is, and don’t restrict him/her. We can only restrict ourselves with our conscious or subconscious patterns, but we should give personal freedom to our partners. Personal freedom is irreplaceable.

What kind of emotional/mental patterns hinders us? How will we change patterns that make us unhappy? How will we find a way to accept ourselves? How will we find the inner strength to forgive and stop judging? First of all, we need to accept ourselves, all of our advantages and disadvantages. We should change everything we can about us that bother us and accept what we can’t change. When we accept ourselves, we can’t be bothered by other people. The way of love leads through wisdom and inner peace. We’ll achieve inner peace when our body is completely serene and carefree of everyday stress and unresolved relations…

What happens to us in our lives are just the events, however, it’s our subjective emotional/mental responses to them that cause stress. If we can see each situation as something good – although, at first sight, it doesn’t seem like that – these events will no longer be stressful for us. In particular, this applies to circumstances beyond our control. Many times, we get involved in various situations and then unpleasant consequences make us nervous. Therefore, it’s very important to learn how to take responsibility and accept the consequences of our actions. When we learn that we’ve grown up. Hence, circumstances that are the result of our own mistakes will no longer be stressful for us. Everyone has their way of limiting the impact of stress and relieving the related tension. Some people spend time in pubs, others get excessively engaged with sport, work, sexuality, and others start boxing and express their anger in that way… When none of those methods of reducing stress is available the pressure gets even more increased. And even those methods of dis-burdening work only for a while, but after a while, they show up as a failure. Of course, it’s best to avoid situations that cause stress to us. Anyway, when it happens, we can ask our spiritual guidance, which represents our spiritual help, to help us during a few minutes of meditation. In that time, we give away all of the pressure and concerns to our spiritual guidance, then ask them to refine our thoughts and energy and give us everything we need… In that way, we limit the influence of stress on our lives.

Ten years ago, I had a dog that was dying due to bone cancer and at some point, of his suffering, I would prefer to take over his pain instead. At that moment, I got the pain in my right hip which had lasted for three days, but my dog didn’t recover either. That time, I learned that everyone has to face their problems and we shouldn’t carry or accept other people’s problems. I’ve also found out that if we want to help someone we should not be emotionally involved in their problems since this could cause us to adopt their difficulties in an energetic sense, which would reduce our ability to help them. Later I’ve also realized that we should only help others when they ask us for help. At that time, we consider whether we can help them and if they deserve our help.

In one of my previous articles, I’ve written about spiritual structures and many other spiritual concepts. However, we need to realize that the most important thing in our life is our life itself. It’s wonderful to read and learn about the infinity of the Universe and realize that we’re never alone, having spiritual guidance by our side helping us. I read neither books nor websites about spirituality, rather my articles and lectures are based on my insights into the spiritual world and spiritual assistance of the Archangels Michael, Uriel, Metatron, Raphael, Gabriel, and the Great White Brotherhood, and the rest of other spiritual light beings that help me in lectures, meditations, and everyday life. We shouldn’t forget that our life represents spirituality.

Even though somebody reads a lot of spiritual books and attends every possible event that resembles spirituality it does not mean that he/she is a spiritual person. We become spiritual beings by settling our life, by solving our problems and small troubles we come across every day, and by creating a strong basis we will find our future on. This is how we balance our life and achieve perfection of living. Afterward, this indicates the time for those who have received spiritual gifts from God to benefit at their expense of them. Only this way we will be able to use the gifts in a way that is the most beneficial for us and everyone around us.
